A CASE STUDY IN:
MerchoGram™ and Planogram for the NASCAR Garage

Problem:

NASCAR needed to develop two planograms for its assortment of licensed products under the NASCAR Garage auspices. An important objective was to present a limited number of SKUs in a format that created a power presence in a retail environment.

Opportunity:

NASCAR’s objective was to:
1) provide a MerchoGram™ as a tool to enable it to reinforce the NASCAR Garage sell-in program, and
2) provide retailers with a simple planogram that could be quickly setup in either a four or eight foot configuration.

Solution:

Automotive In-Store Marketing, Inc.’s merchanners developed two planograms that:
1) provided mirror assortments while scaling the quantities to accommodate the two fixture configurations,
2) calculated and specified product depth such that case pack ordering would be maintained, and
3) decorated the display with signage featuring the NASCAR Garage emblem.

Result:
